I am passionate about, and experienced in; baking as well as various techniques of decoration for cookies, cakes and cupcakes. My cake adventures began with my love for baking special treats for my family combined with my obsessive need to be creative and make beautiful things. Royal Cakery was my calling and I jumped in whole heartedly. She I have been creating Artisan cakes since 2017 and has turned my passion into a thriving cake business. Definitely an exciting highlight of my caking journey so far is an educational cake show I participated in teaching cake decorating techniques with Fatafeat which is a food television channel, part of Warner Bros. I am hoping to offer International classes some day.
