Reymundo F. Dela Cruz is a Filipino visual artist and pioneer of Sculptured Acrylic Painting, a medium combining cement relief and acrylic painting to create works between painting and sculpture. Recognized by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), he is the first artist from San Jose del Monte, Bulacan to receive this distinction. His works explore Filipino identity, spirituality, and cultural memory. He has held solo exhibitions at the NCCA, Ortigas Foundation, and the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, and his works have been presented at venues including SMX Convention Center Manila and Okada Manila. Dela Cruz positions his practice as institutional visual art that bridges heritage, contemporary expression, and collector engagement.
