My journey has shaped my purpose — to use my voice and lived experience to inspire healing, resilience, and empowerment in women and children across South Africa. Through my life coaching work, I focus on mindfulness, meditation, journaling, and breathwork to help others reconnect with their inner strength and self-worth. I have a deep passion for presenting, entertainment, and being in front of the camera, using media platforms to spark meaningful conversations and create real impact. I believe in turning pain into purpose and standing boldly in my story so others feel empowered to stand in theirs.
